Data protection declaration and mandatory data in terms of Art. 13, 14 EU-DSGVO
Data protection and data security are important to us. Each time a user accesses a page from our website and each time a file is retrieved, access data about this process is stored in a log file on our server. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a justified interest in storing this data for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. The data is used in particular for the optimisation of our website. The user has the right to free information, correction and blocking of his stored data at any time. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
If you use one of the contact forms, your contact data will be stored by us for processing your enquiry or for any queries you may have. This data will not be passed on without your consent. The e-mail traffic from the contact forms is encrypted using the PGP method. If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you entered there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We pass this data on to the responsible persons within our company or to the responsible persons within our group of companies. Otherwise, no data will be passed on without your express consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
– Browser type and browser version
– used operating system
– Referrer URL
– Hostname of the accessing computer
– Time of the server request
– IP address
This data will not be merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a justified interest in the storage of this data for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services.
The majority of our cookies used are “session cookies”, which are automatically deleted when you have finished visiting our website. A small part of the cookies remains stored on your computer until you delete them. These serve to recognise your browser the next time you visit.
If you do not agree with the automatic storage of cookies, you can adjust the settings of your browser and prevent the storage of cookies or only allow them for certain types. However, this may limit the functionality of our website.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you and to correct, delete or restrict the processing. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing and the right to data transfer. You can find out more about this in Section III of the EU Data Protection Regulation.
You also have the right to contact the data protection supervisory authority.
